ashtanga, quotes, life and lunch

ashtanga and art seem to be the driving forces in my life these days, peace seekers, along with the continuous process of purging over 50 years of life stuff both internal and external. i say that because it seems to me that the more stuff i rid myself and home of the more freedom i feel both inside and out. today the purge continues.

it’s wednesday so that means words of somebody’s wisdom. but words on what subject today, ashtanga or purging or both?

i’m feeling so much bliss from the two hours i just finished practicing ashtanga so i’m going with that peace vibe…here we go…
